In addition, WSEI University informs that the administrator of the YouTube portal, as a provider of tools related to the channel, is a jointly responsible entity for the processing of data of persons using the channel, which may process Users’ data for its own purposes on other legal grounds. In particular, the administrator of the YouTube portal, based on its own provisions and regulations, may collect and process information contained in the cookies of channel visitors. Based on the data collected in this way, the YouTube administrator may create anonymous statements and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of channel visitors), which may be shared with WSEI University as the channel operator.
Personal data provided on YouTube in connection with the use of the WSEI University channel may be available to the administrator of this portal – i.e. Google. At the same time, any personal data contained in comments posted on the WSEI University channel may also be available to other YouTube users.
Personal data of visitors to the channel will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing indicated above, in particular until the User objects to the processing.
Data contained in posts or comments may be processed until they are deleted. If the User is unable to delete a particular comment, he/she may request WSEI University to do so.
The User may always unsubscribe from the WSEI University channel, and may also object to the processing of his/her personal data for these purposes.

The Data Subject has the right to access the content of his/her personal data, the right to rectify it, demand its deletion, as well as the right to restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data.
If the legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
