STEP 2

All the above mentioned documents have to be sent to our campus for further actions.

Please note that you can also share the shipping with your friends/acquaintances if you were admitted to our university together. The shipping address is below:

After we receive the documents, the first step is to submit them for sworn Polish translation (if you did not provide it). The cost of the translation will be deducted from your paid tuition for the studies. You will have to top up your tuition before class resumption.

STEP 3

As soon as we have all your documents and translations ready, we’ll be submitting them for recognition at the Polish Education Board on your behalf. The waiting time for the decision is around a month after submission. As soon as we get the decision, we’ll be sending you the scanned copy of it for your visa application.

ATTENTION!

  • Please make sure that you send us ALL documents for the application for the recognition. If you fail to do so, the processing time will be extended which may affect your visa application process.
  • If you are unsure about something, just write to us AND ASK studyenglish@eiu.edu.pl
  • If your embassy requires the original of the decision (which may not be the case for all embassies), please provide your shipping details after receiving the scanned copy. We’ll send it together with your original documents for your visa application. The cost of the shipment will be deducted from your paid tuition for the studies (approx. 30-50 EURO). You will have to top up your tuition before class resumption.
  • If you have a relative/friend/agent in Poland who can do this procedure on your behalf, you can ask them to do it for you.
