The Chancellor of WSEI University in Lublin, Ms. Teresa Bogacka, in the presence of representatives of the Provincial Labor Office in Lublin, signed an agreement on the creation of a cooperation network for the development of a vocational counseling system in a cross-sectoral scheme and the development of vocational education in the region.
Among other things, the agreements will result in the preparation of a concept for cooperation between vocational education, the labor market and businesses. Regional initiatives will be launched to promote intersectoral cooperation, and information will be exchanged on the development of vocational education and the idea of lifelong learning.
The signatories of the agreements are: representatives of educational supervisory bodies, universities in the Lublin region, and representatives of employers and public employment services.
Thanks to the close cooperation of schools, universities and employment offices in the Lublin region, it will be possible to better adapt the educational offer to the real needs of the market. The planned initiatives can significantly improve the quality of vocational counseling and are extremely important in the context of a dynamically changing labor market.
