The 6th place on the list of Polish non-public universities which are the most popular among students was taken by WSEI University in Lublin. What is more, among the 10 most popular faculties, as many as 7 are on offer at our University. This is the latest report from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Every year, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education prepares information on the results of the recruitment process at universities supervised by the Minister of Science. This year's report on the results of recruitment for the academic year 2024/2025 shows the high position of WSEI University and the very good adaptation of the offer of faculties to the needs of the labour market, which is what university candidates are guided by when choosing a university.
Thus, according to the total number of applications from candidates for first-cycle studies and single master's studies, WSEI University in Lublin is the 6th most frequently selected non-public university in Poland. The result is all the more impressive if we take into account the fact that only universities from Warsaw, Poznań and Dąbrowa Górnicza occupied a better position.
In addition, the Ministry's report shows a list of the most popular full-time first degree and uniform master's degree courses in this recruitment process nationwide. As it turns out, as many as 7 of the top 10 faculties in this respect are offered by WSEI University.
The leading specialisation is Psychology, which is available at our University as a Bachelor's and Master's degree programme. Other majors from the top ten of the Ministry's report that are most popular and offered by WSEI University in Lublin are: Computer Science, Management, Nursing, Economics, Physiotherapy and Finance and Accounting.
