The general aim of the project is the development and promotion of new job matching mechanisms through the JOB PORTAL WSEI, as well as supporting employers and employees through better and faster communication via digital tools tailored to the needs of the modern labor market. The solutions developed in the project are intended to help reduce barriers for graduates entering the labor market, particularly students from other countries who need to navigate the European labor market (e.g., gaps in interview skills, different work cultures, social integration). The project contributes to inclusive actions in the European labor market and aims to promote and encourage WSEI students to take advantage of the mobility offers for internships and placements within the Erasmus+ program.
PARTNERS ORGANISATIONS: as active contributors to the EU labour market and staff of partners organizations will gain new knowledge and materials supporting the quality of work in a multicultural environment, as well as experience in using new tools supporting searching for a job or looking for the potential employees: 5 partners organizations, around 150 people.
ACADEMIC STAFF AND ADMINISTRATION: Erasmus+ coordinators and administrative staff working with, students, Carrer Offices, vocational advisors – experts responsible for supporting students in finding internships or job placement
EMPLOYERS: stakeholders at the international level.
FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC STUDENTS: around 300 users registered in the online platform., min 100 learners participating in the bootCAMPs webinars, min. 50 students participating in the Speed networking activity.
