Graduates of the specialization Management in sports and recreation are able to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of management of entities conducting business, especially sports organizations, and in particular can perform tasks such as:

• describe, analyze and predict the course of phenomena and processes occurring in socio-economic organizations, especially in sports organizations and their environment;
• apply theoretical knowledge to solve practical management problems and make accurate decisions in various organizations in the sports sector;
• develop a plan for a sports event and analyze the conditions affecting their organization and course;
• conduct marketing activities in sports and apply public relations tools in the management of sports organizations,
• shape relations with diverse stakeholders of sports organizations.

A graduate of the specialization Logistics Management in e-commerce can formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of logistics management in business entities, especially in the e-commerce industry, and in particular can perform tasks such as:

• analyze and then improve the efficiency of logistics processes in terms of quality, cost and operations;
• use e-logistics solutions and modern technologies, including information technology, to optimize logistics processes, including transportation and warehousing processes;
• automate and standardize logistics processes and use lean approaches to manage logistics processes;
• evaluate cost, quality and operational performance of supply chains;
• make an optimal selection of the means of transportation and plan the optimal route of transportation in the domestic and international direction in economic and legal terms.
