This is a field of study, graduates of which are equipped with knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of modern enterprises, economic and administrative institutions, national and international. They acquire the skills to manage organizations in all their areas. This is a direction for creative and open-minded people who want to achieve success in running their own business or in managerial positions in private enterprises or state administration.

  • students have the opportunity to take advantage of the combination of master's studies with postgraduate studies "Modern Human Resources Management" (2 diplomas in 2 years) - graduates receive two diplomas: master's degree and postgraduate studies completion;
  • graduates of second-cycle studies have the opportunity to continue their education in postgraduate studies or postgraduate MBA studies at the WSEI University.

Specializations

A graduate of the specialization in E-business and business management is able to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of management, and in particular, innovatively perform tasks such as:

  • create and run an e-business;
  • describe, analyze and predict the course of phenomena and processes occurring within the organization and their environment, along with an in-depth analysis of mutual relations;
  • apply appropriate methods and procedures for the proper performance of tasks and achievement of the organization’s objectives and fulfillment of the professional role in a strategic perspective;
  • prepare reports, analyses and forecasts for decision-making in key areas of the organization’s activities.

A graduate of the specialization Management in the public and non-governmental sector is able to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of management, and in particular, innovatively perform tasks such as:

  • conduct an analysis of the problems of a specific territorial and non-governmental unit in the context of meeting the needs of their stakeholders;
  • identify sources and obtain material resources necessary to achieve their goals including writing proposals, establishing contacts with sponsors, using new methods i.e. social networks;
  • create development projects and manage their implementation.

A graduate of the specialization in Marketing and Sales Management is able to formulate and solve complex and unusual problems of a practical nature in the field of management, in particular, to innovatively perform tasks such as:

  • use the tools and instruments of modern technology in a way that fits into global development strategies based on social media marketing;
  • plan and implement an “e-marketing” campaign independently and working in a team;
  • launch their own business online and use the Internet in business activities.

Career prospects

Graduates of Management Master's Degree are prepared to take up middle and senior management positions, as well as specialized, analytical and advisory positions in organizations/entities with different characteristics, performing management tasks within the basic functional areas of their operations, and recognizing the perspective of the organization as a system, they are prepared to work in interdisciplinary, project and management teams, as well as to establish and run their own business.

REGISTRATION FEE – € 200 (no refundable)

Enrollment fee - is a non-refundable, one-time administrative fee, regardless of the course, level or mode of study. It is a prerequisite for the acceptance of documents for studies.
Annual fee - is an opportunity to pay a fee for a period of one academic year.
Semester fee - is an opportunity to pay a fee for the period of one semester of study under the standard program of study.
Installment fee - is the possibility to pay the fee in ten installments.

From the second year of study, upon the individual request of the student, it is possible to split tuition fees into instalments.
