Transfer from another University

For the candidate

In order to apply for the transfer to our university and the transfer of your credits please do the following:

  1. Check you eligibility – link Eligibility-for-studies.pdf
  2. Prepare your academic transcript(s) from your previous/current university.
  3. Fill out the request form to the Dean of your faculty (can be downloaded below).
  4. Make the payment for the procedure. 350 EURO – for long-cycle and second-cycle studies (non-refundable) using the following bank details and attach the confirmation of that payment with the rest of the documents you are to submit:

The transfer title must state “transfer request for (the full name of the Applicant and passport number)”.

  1. Submit the above listed Documents to studyenglish@eiu.edu.pl and expect to receive the decision within 2 weeks.

Please note that in case of positive decision for the transfer to our university, you are obliged to present the required set of documents as the rest of the students, which are:

  • All educational documents (legalized originals and copies) 
  • All educational legalized certificates/diplomas have to be sworn translated into Polish and taken through the process of recognition at our Local Education Authority (which is done in Poland to validate foreign studies).
  • The original of the health/fitness certificate (for Nursing/ Physiotherapy and Computer Science).
  • A copy of the insurance policy (both health insurance for at least 30 000 EUR coverage and accident insurance) valid for a period of staying in Poland, or the European Health Insurance Card, or a declaration of the foreign applicant to join the National Health Fund immediately after the beginning of studies.
  • Certificate of no criminal record (for Nursing, Psychology, Physiotherapy).
  • Parental consent for under 18 candidates to start studies, to submit and sign all documents required in the recruitment process and to meet the financial settlement connected with the beginning of studies.
  • One passport size photo 35 x 45mm
