As befits Lublin, it is a place where many cultures meet.
It is a place where we make every possible effort to make students feel safe and comfortable. In caring for a friendly atmosphere and professional communication, a qualified and committed team of administrative staff is happy to help.
This is a residential building located in an excellent location, in the center of Lublin at 3 Unicka St. Located in close proximity to the Old Town, Lublin Castle, as well as shopping malls, grocery discount stores, restaurants, clubs or banks.
There are also several public transportation stops nearby, as well as a Lublin city bike station, making the place perfectly connected with all parts of Lublin.
There are 94 apartments in our building. Each of them has a separate bathroom and a kitchen equipped with the necessary equipment and utensils for daily life. It is possible to rent a 1, 2 or 3-bed room, as well as a 1 or 2-bed apartment.
The building is monitored around the clock. Access to all floors is facilitated by elevators.
For those with cars, there is a possibility to use underground parking.
On the first floor, next to the Administration office, there is a laundry room available to residents, and right next to it there are service establishments: diet catering, a hairdressing salon, a beauty salon and a restaurant.
The administration staff is available to assist all residents until late in the evening. After administration hours, security guards watch over safety in the building.

In the case of renting an apartment consisting only of two independent single rooms, kitchen and bathroom, the surcharge on the standard rent is 200 PLN / month, the deposit is the equivalent of two times the rent.
One tenant may not occupy more than two places in an apartment.
The reservation fee is 500 PLN. At the time of signing the rental agreement, the above amount is credited to the deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
