The main objective of the project is to adapt the offer of the WSEI University to the current needs of the economy and the labor market, to improve the competences and qualifications of students and teaching staff involved in the education process, responding to the needs of the economy and the labor market through the implementation of a comprehensive support program implemented in the period from March 2024 to September 2029 in newly created fields/specializations that respond to the needs of the economy and the labor market diagnosed by the applicant.
The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project:
Task number 1
Launching and implementing a comprehensive education program in the field of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN BUSINESS (second-cycle studies). As part of the implementation of the task, e-learning courses will be developed, and students will have the opportunity to participate in digital classes, optional mathematics classes or study visits to enterprises and an energy certificate course.
Task number 2
Launching and implementing a comprehensive education program in the field of E-BUSINESS: EMarketing & E-COMMERCE As part of the implementation of the task, e-learning courses will be developed, and students will have the opportunity to participate in digital classes, optional English classes or study visits to enterprises. Additionally, the purchase of a set of teaching materials such as DigiBook is planned.
Task number 3
Launching and implementing a comprehensive education program in the field of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI). The task will include the purchase of equipment for the Vision Systems Laboratory, Computer Laboratory, Electric Vehicle Charging Laboratory with Renewable Energy Sources, Drone Telemetry Laboratory and Transport and Logistics Systems Laboratory. Additionally, e-learning courses will be developed, study visits to enterprises will be organized, internships for students with an internship stipend and coverage of costs related to medical examinations and insurance. The project also provides for classes related to counteracting drop-out for students.
Task number 4
Modification and implementation of the modified comprehensive education program in the field of NURSING. The task will include the purchase of access to textbooks in electronic form and a textbook with access to the innovative e-learning platform MyLab Pearson Higher and Professional Education, equipment for the Medical Simulation Center in the Warsaw Branch and VMS MOBILNY VR Simulators.
Task number 5
Launching and implementation of a comprehensive education program in the field of SPORT SCIENCE AND COACHING. As part of the task, e-learning courses and study visits to companies will be developed, and students will have the opportunity to participate in a personal trainer or football coach course. The task also includes classes related to counteracting drop-out for students, as well as the purchase of equipment for the Sports Psychology Laboratory, the Sports Diagnostics Center and the Physiotherapy and Biological Regeneration Laboratory.
Task number 6
Launching and implementing a new specialization PSYCHOTHERAPY in the field of Psychology. The implementation of the task includes additional classes outside the program for psychology students preparing for therapeutic work, taking into account the standards set by recognized environments (Polish Psychological Association, Polish Psychiatric Association, Polish Psychotherapy Council): individual psychotherapy and group supervision. In addition, study visits to centers conducting psychotherapy will be organized, as well as classes related to counteracting drop-out for students.
The activities planned in the project aim to improve the competences and qualifications of both students and teaching staff involved in the education process by implementing a comprehensive support program in newly created fields/specializations.

The project will result in adapting educational programs to the needs of economic development and green and digital transformation. The project will introduce new fields of study and modify existing study programs to better prepare our students for the challenges of the modern labor market.
The project will result in improving the competences and qualifications of 297 people, including students and staff of LA WSEI, thanks to the support of the European Social Fund.
