The 13th Gala of the “School of Innovation” Competition took place on Tuesday, April 15th, at the This event is an opportunity to honor schools from the Lublin region that offer valuable educational programs, invest in international cooperation, and actively implement European projects. It is also a moment to recognize principals, teachers, and students from our region and to showcase innovative projects in the educational market.
-The ‘School of Innovation’ project has been organized for 13 years by WSEI University in Lublin under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Lublin Voivodeship, the Mayor of Lublin, and the Lublin Education Superintendent. The media partner of this event is TVP3 Lublin. As the name suggests, WSEI University is a leader in implementing new technologies and tools in the field of research and development. This would not be possible without the scientific potential and effectiveness of our University, as well as the significant portion of our budget dedicated to innovation and modern solutions – said Teresa Bogacka, President of WSEI University, opening the ceremony.
According to the report of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, WSEI University in Lublin is the 6th most frequently chosen non-public university in Poland and ranks among the top institutions in the category of innovation.
WSEI University is both the organizer and main sponsor of the competition.
The winners are selected by the Competition Chapter, which includes the President and representatives of WSEI University, regional and local authorities, the management of TVP3 Lublin, as well as past laureates.
-The “School of Innovation” certificate is awarded to schools that focus on practical education, shape their educational offerings to meet labor market needs in Poland and the EU, and promote entrepreneurship. At the same time, these schools strive to adapt their curricula and teaching methods to the expectations of the external environment—especially the business sector—support educational innovation, and actively cooperate with their social and economic surroundings, -added Teresa Bogacka. - We honor schools that implement changes, launch innovative initiatives in education, secure external funding for their own projects, and raise future leaders of change.”
