‘Christmas for Hospice’. Join our Christmas campaign!

If you want to bring a smile to the faces of seriously ill children, give them a gift for Christmas. The community of WSEI University invites everyone to take part in the Christmas action ‘Christmas for Hospice’.

The aim of the action is noble. We are collecting new toys for the charges of the Lublin Little Prince Hospice for Children.

What exactly? Lego bricks, cars, dolls, mascots for girls, playing toys for children up to 4 years old and board games for children and teenagers. Anything that could serve as a Christmas present and, most importantly, will put a smile on the faces of the Hospice charges.

Gifts can be left in a box at the main entrance to WSEI University building, brought to room 210 or 215 (Marketing and PR Department) or handed over to the students involved in the campaign - students of the ‘Progressus’ Pre-school and Early Childhood Pedagogy Scientific Circle, the Scientific Circle at the Monoprofile Medical Simulation Centre, the ‘Logi-start’ Logistics Scientific Circle, the Psychology Students' Voluntary Service or WSEI University Student Government.

- We will be collecting toys not only at our University, but also at our workplaces, schools and kindergartens. We want to involve other children in the campaign - says Katarzyna Opoka, president of the 'Progressus' Scientific Circle.

Mariusz Sutryk, M.D., supervisor of the Scientific Circle at the Monoprofile Medical Simulation Centre and deputy director of the MMSC, adds: - It is obvious that we are joining the action. What's more, on 10 December we will be conducting free preventive examinations in the Urszulin municipality. We will ask the inhabitants to bring toys for the children of the Hospice and support this action - he declares.

The collected toys will be taken to the Hospice before Christmas to be included in the Christmas tree packages.

Join the ‘Christmas for Hospice’ campaign and bring smiles to sick children!
