Specialist in public finance, tax law, financial management, audit and internal control, tax and management control and applied managerial techniques in management.
Completed post-graduate studies in: innovation, innovative research management, legal and economic aspects in corporate governance, and audit and internal control in the private sector and administration.
From 2006-2018 he was a Court Expert in public finance, accounting and tax law. From 2011-2018 served as Deputy Mayor of Krynica-Zdrój.
From 2006-2018 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Huta Kościuszko S.A. and the Municipal Utilities Company Ltd.
Since 2021 he has been Social Advisor to the Board of PKS Ryki sp. z o.o., Advisor to the Board of the Association of Exporters of the Republic of Poland, Social Advisor to the Board - Polish PKS Association. Owner of SUPPORT - consulting, business consulting, real estate management.
Author, co-author and manager of numerous scientific and research projects on a national and international scale, as well as expertise and analysis for the public and private sector.
Member of scientific boards of national and international journals, including International, Journal of Legal Studies, where he serves as deputy editor-in-chief (140 pts., MNiSiS list), International Journal of New Economic and Social Sciencies (100 pts., MNiSiS list), deputy editor-in-chief of Globalization, The State and the Individual. He has published in such journals as: Energies, Sustainability, Investment Management and Financial Innovations, Comparative Economic Research. Central and Eastern Europe, Journal of Legal Studies, Journal of Modern Science, Innovative and Economics Research Journal, European Research Studies Journal, and in Springer and Routlage publications.
Since 2022, he has been a member of the Scientific Council of the Innovatio Press Publishing House of WSEI University in Lublin, and since 2023 he has been a member of the Scientific Council of the LAWSEI Doctoral School. Author and co-author of more than a dozen books and more than two hundred articles on both public finance and local and regional development, taxation issues and management and optimization of economic and social processes.
Member of EAS - European Association for Security, Polish Economic Society and Society of Organization and Management Sciences. Manager of scientific and research projects: Refreshed Economics. Towards economic literacy in Europe (ECOLIT 2); VET-UP partnership networks supporting cooperation in vocational education in Europe; and SGE - SMEs developing in Europe.
More than 20 years of teaching experience at all levels of education (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, MBA, PhD). Lecturer at MBA (National Louis University in Chicago and University of Welsh in Cardiff). He has taught management staff of PKN Orlen SA, KGHM SA, ZAK SA, Dębica S.A., Getin Bank, Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn - Koźle, Tax Offices and Chambers and many others as part of closed postgraduate studies or training courses.
