Management expert with extensive experience in business practice.
He has many years of practical experience in management in the following companies: INTERBUD LUBLIN S.A. - member of the Supervisory Board; MULTISERWIS S.A. - chairman of the Supervisory Board; ZIELONE TARASY S.A. member of the Supervisory Board, then Member of the Management Board; SANWIL HOLDING S.A. - vice chairman of the Supervisory Board; Social Building Society “LPBO” Sp. z o.o. - Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Kredyt Inkaso S.A. - member of the Supervisory Board; MASTERS S.A. - member of the Supervisory Board. From 2014 to 2016, he was President of the Management Board of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. Warsaw (PGNiG Capital Group), and from 2011 to 2014 he was President of the Management Board of Wikana Project sp. z o.o. and Wikana S.A. From 1996 to 2006, he was associated with Lublin General Construction Company as Head of Marketing and Sales Department, and from 2003, Financial Director of the company.
A research and teaching fellow, his research focuses on the field of management and quality sciences, with emphasis on financial management, project management, entrepreneurship, process management, company management, New Public Management and managerial techniques in management.

For 15 years, he has combined practical experience with teaching as an academic staff member. His experience and teaching contributions include interdisciplinary approaches to management science and quality, in the context of financial and real estate management, project management, and business planning and entrepreneurship. In addition, his teaching scope includes strategic management, with a focus on competitive strategy, centered on business management.
He is the author of a textbook for students majoring in Economics and majoring in Finance and Accounting entitled. “Managerial Economics”.
At WSEI University in Lublin, he is a member of numerous committees, including the Committee on Confirmation of Learning Outcomes, Curriculum and Education Quality Assurance, and Strategy Preparation.
